Kathleen Mulder PCA

Founder/CEO

For more than thirty years, Kathleen Mulder has been bringing people together to learn, work, and celebrate.

Most recently, Kathleen managed high-level professional conferences and events for the Acton Institute, a global think tank headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a satellite office in Rome. In that role, she led a team of international meeting planners and volunteers in the successful execution of 60+ events yearly, including the four-day Acton University conference which has been consistently recognized as one of the top think tank conferences worldwide.

Prior to Acton, Kathleen served as the director of events for The Salvation Army Kroc Center. Focused on financial growth for the nonprofit, she drove event sales from zero to just over $300K annually -- a major element of the Kroc Center’s success in becoming self-sustaining within a three-year strategic plan.

Kathleen began her career as an entrepreneur, building a small equipment rental company into West Michigan’s premier event services provider. Her experience as a business owner and creative event planner led to her recruitment as the event manager for Holland, Michigan’s internationally renowned Tulip Time Festival, a position she held for five years.

Kathleen holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Davenport College of Business, is certified as a Pandemic
Compliance Advisor (PCA) registered with the CDC and has been featured on international podcasts as an accomplished Event Consultant. Energetic, positive, and endlessly creative, she knows the power of a well-planned event. As a businesswoman herself, Kathleen is on a mission to make sure every event is memorable and contributes to her client's bottom line!
